Here's how it works:
You have 14 days from date of order delivery to receive a refund for your socks if you don't like them.
1. The socks must be in its original, factory condition as you received.
2. Take a photo of the product and email the photo to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order delivery. Along with the photo, including the product name, your order ID, your name, your email, and reason for requesting a refund. Our support team will give you a confirmation# once your request is approved.
3. Once you get the confirmation#, you can return the products to us (please attention that they must be in the original condition as you received). Buyers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
4. All returns must include the confirmation#. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment account.
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse instructed via our email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
